Donald J. Maurer, II

Donald J. Maurer, II, age 65, of Huber Heights, passed away December 30, 2025. He was born July 16, 1960 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Donald and Jean Maurer.

Donnie is survived by his daughters: Kelly Palosaari (Seth), Michelle Hicks (Kevin) and Katlyn Wright (Chris); grandchildren: Maddison and Remington; and brother, Mike Maurer.

Donnie was a machinist for many years. He loved fishing, drawing and playing his guitar. Most of all, he loved his family, especially spending time with his granddaughters and watching Maddison play basketball.

A celebration of Donnie's life will be held from 5:30-7:30 pm on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at T.J. Chumps, 7050 Executive Blvd., Huber Heights.
