In his leisure time, Don found comfort and joy in watching sports. He was a devoted fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and OSU Buckeyes, and held a deep appreciation for University of Kentucky sports, influenced by his roots. Additionally, he was an enthusiastic member of the Goldwing Road Riders Association and found solace at Woodland Hills Baptist Church, where he nurtured his spiritual journey.
