Don Malone

Don Malone, age 53, of Fairborn, passed away October 12, 2026. He was born July 19, 1973 in Jackson, Mississippi.

Don was preceded in death by his brother, Justin Still.

Don is survived by his wife of 30 years, Annette Malone; children: Lureana Rhae Sandlin (Henry), Daniel Wormeley, Kasey Leighanne Malone (Justin), Kaitlyn McCaughan and Jeremy Ray Malone (Ashley); grandchildren: Kaytlen, Liam, Charlotte, Carson, Ava, Layne, Joseph, Carl and Sydney; mother and step-father, Diane and Ray Harmon; sisters: Kristi Ferguson (James) and Kelsey Sluyter (Will); mother-in-law and father-in-law: Lurean and Larry Edwards; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Don is also survived by the love of his life, his dog, Jill.

Don was employed at Wenco for 18 years as a construction foreman. He loved motorcycles, fishing, music and guitars. Don was an avid Alabama Football fan - ROLL TIDE!!! More than anything, Don loved his family and spending time with them.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the memorial service will begin at 3:00 pm. To share a memory of Don or to leave his family a special message, please sign the online guestbook provided.
