Dianna L. Hinkle

Dianna Lee Hinkle, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on November 3, 1945, in Bluff City, Minnesota, Dianna's life was marked by her deep affection for her family and her enduring passions.

Dianna graduated from Kettering Fairmont East High School and dedicated many years of her professional life to SKS Corporation, where she served as a shipping clerk. She was also employed at several other companies including, U-Totem, Hills Department Store and also as a shift manager at Taco Bell. Known for her loving and kind personality, she endeared herself to all who knew her, leaving a lasting impact on her colleagues and friends.

Throughout her life, Dianna delighted in various hobbies and interests, particularly sewing and gardening, which brought her immense joy. She also had a love for riding horses, an activity that reflected her adventurous spirit.

The legacy of Dianna L. Hinkle is carried on by her son, Lynn Hinkle; her daughters, Susan Garba and Anderea Robinson; her grandchildren, Tiera Robinson, Martin James Robinson, Gerimiah Koon, and Victoria Hinkle; as well as her great-grandchildren, Sabella, Korbin, and Delilah. Dianna will be remembered fondly by her sister, Janice (Thornton), along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members who were enriched by her presence.

Dianna was proud to be a wonderful mother and grandmother, and her memory will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Florence Smith; her husband, Anderson Hinkle; her eldest son, Christopher Smith; her sister, Sharon Cox and her brother-in-law, Marvin Cox. Dianna's family and friends will carry her legacy forward, holding onto the love and kindness she shared throughout her life.
