Debra Lynn Frasure, lovingly known as Debbie, was born on October 31, 1950, and her journey through life came to a close on November 25, 2025. Debbie was a beacon of joy, a spirit so bubbly and vibrant that she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her. She had a unique way of lighting up any room and an infectious laugh that could bring a smile even on the cloudiest days. While she carried a private side, her enormous heart extended warmth and compassion to everyone around her.
Debbie truly cherished life's simple pleasures. She found joy in visiting the casino, where fun and excitement seemed to follow her wherever she went. Her adventurous and playful spirit left her with many delightful memories from those outings. Additionally, her passion for gift-giving showcased her thoughtfulness; whether she discovered a special treat on the shopping network or tended to her beloved indoor plants, she was always thinking of her family and friends.
Debbie is survived by her loving daughter, Helen Neale (Thomas), as well as her devoted partner, Gerald Helton. Her legacy of love continues through her grandchildren, Tory Walters (Michael), Juliet Frasure, Misty Thompson, and James Considine. She also leaves behind her brother, Steve Kuhbander; her niece, Susan Kuhbander; and a multitude of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who will carry forward her warmth and spirit.
Although Debbie has departed from this world, her laughter and kindness will forever resonate in the hearts of those who loved her. She is reunited with her beloved sons, Jacob and Calvin Frasure, her husband, Richard, and her cherished parents, Herbie and Katie Kuhbander, alongside her sister-in-law, Barbara Ann Kuhbander. While we grieve her absence, we celebrate a life filled with love, joy, and cherished memories.
A Celebration of Debbie's Life will be held at a later date. Please check back for more details.
