Debbie Ann Simmons, 56, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Orbin Williams; and her niece, Lesa.
She is survived by her 2 loving sons, Kevin (Wendy) and Dempsey (Heather) Simmons; their father, Tom Simmons; grandchildren, Skylar and Sophia; sister, Phyllis Dever; brothers, David, Steve, and Rick Williams; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted at her memorial on Sunday, September 6, 2015 from 1 - 5 pm at the VFW, 3316 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45429.
