Deanetta Sommers

Deanetta Sommers, age 55 of Huber Heights, passed away on March 8, 2019. Deanetta was born in Springfield to proud parents, Roger Turner and Donna Beal on September 8, 1963. Deanetta graduated from Greenon High School.

Deanetta loved to spend time with her loved ones and enjoyed traveling with her family. She never met a stranger and could light up a room with her smile and laugh. She was a loving, caring, and compassionate wife, aunt, sister, daughter, and friend. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Deanetta was preceded in death by her father, Roger Turner; step-father, Tom Beal; sister, Jeanine Pearson; uncle, Randall Jenkins; and cousin, Kevin Stamper.

Deanetta leaves to cherish her memory, loving husband, Daniel J. Sommers; step-daughters, Lindsey Sommers and Amy Sommers; mother, Donna Beal; grandchildren, Blake and Destiny; brother, Mark (Patty Nokes-Bryan)Turner; sister-in-law, Michelle Turner; niece and nephews, Christopher, Anthony, Elizabeth, and Alexander; great-niece, Sophie; aunts and uncles; Harlo and Linda Jenkins and family, Barbara Jenkins and family, Naomi Cartwright and family, Farley and Bonnie "Tootie" Jenkins and family, Debbie and Sammie Combs and family, Sarah and Clavis Stamper and family, and Ralph and Connie Jenkins and family. Deanetta is also survived by countless loving cousins, relatives, and dear friends.

A Celebration of Deanetta's Life will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at Newcomer - Beavercreek Chapel at 7pm; visitation for 3 hours prior (4pm-7pm).
