David M. Collins, age 68 of Huber Heights, passed away June 27, 2016. He was born January 8, 1948 in Dayton to his late parents, Oolf Collins and Ethel Welti. In addition to his parents, Dave was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Collins.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Carol Collins; daughters, Christine (Sean) Pond and Holly (Matt) Kusrow; 7 granddaughters; siblings, Larry Collins, Doug (Connie) Collins and Judy (Cecil) Fisher; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
