David was preceded by his parents Leon & Freddie (Reinheimer) Cate also grandson Branden Willey.
David is survived by brothers Gary (Judy ) Cate, Fred (Nancy) Cate, daughter Lisa (Jeff) Willey, son Anthony (Elizabeth Theiss). Grandchildren Monica Wagner (Dan Crawford), Jessica & Tyler Willey, Chloe, Serena & Xander Cate. Great - granddaughter Kensley Willey. and many nieces and nephews .David is also survived by former wives Sue Cate and Sharon Bowman and companion Collette Crawford.
David was a Navy Vietnam Veteran 1966 to 1970.
David is now soaring with his beloved Eagles.
