He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Shaw and by his sister, E. Charlene Shaw.
Dave is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Debra (Hastings) Shaw; his 2 daughters, Rachel Shaw, and Mandy (Brian) Gross and their children, Brittany, Gabby, Maddy, and Logan; mother, Betty Shaw; and 2 sisters, Pam Spearow, Sandy (Joe) Bowling.
