David L. Broadstone

David Lawrence Broadstone, age 75, of Sugarcreek Township, died of cancer on April 3, 2024, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on April 20, 1948.

He graduated from Chaminade High School and went to Wright State University for two years. He worked as a Tool Designer at SASCO for over 40 years.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; son, John: brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Sandy Broadstone; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Rose Rott; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike and Sue Rott & Joe and Ann Rott; as well as his nieces and nephews.

He loved his cars, motorcycles and was a private Pilot. David was also a Ski Patroller and Instructor at the old Sugarcreek Ski Hills and was a Ski Instructor at Perfect North Slopes in the 1990's.

Visitation will be held from 10:00am-11:00am, on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, where a Blessing Service will begin at 11:00am.
