David "Dave" E. Asbury, age 70, of New Carlisle, passed away on March 24, 2021. He was born on September 29, 1950, in Dayton, the son of the late James and Madge Asbury.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife, Arlyene Asbury; his son, Eric Asbury; his grandson, Nathaniel Asbury; and his sister, Dianna Asbury Port.
Dave is survived by his loving children, Gary Asbury, Scott Asbury, Matthew (Tori) Asbury and Kathryn (Paul) Hendrickson; and other family.
He served his country proudly by serving in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the Park Layne United Brethren Church for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening and serving those in his community. Dave was always there to help anyone in need, never expecting anything in return.
Donations may be made in his honor to Park Layne United Brethren Church, 1320 Styer Dr., New Carlisle, OH 45344.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021, at 11:00am, at Medway Cemetery, 11143 Lower Valley Pike, Medway, OH.
