Darnell Renard Carroll

Darnell Renard Carroll, 64, of Dayton, passed away November 8, 2016. Darnell was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 12, 1952 to the late Jimmy and Ruby Carroll. He was a member of Daniels Temple for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed watching cowboy movies and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, Darnell was preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Jiles.
He is survived by his sister, Madlin Brandon; daughter, Donyell Shavers; grandchildren, Abrianna Harris, William Shavers, Jr.; great grandson, Jaiden Harris; niece, Glynela Strothers; and several other relatives and special friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road in Dayton.
