Danny Curtis Sherrill, born on August 24, 1960, in Dayton, Ohio, was a kind soul and a devoted family man who passed away on January 28, 2026, in his hometown of Dayton. He was a proud graduate of Beavercreek High School, Class of 1978, and spent many years working as a Printer, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to his profession.
Danny had a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles, which showcased his adventurous spirit. He also had a profound love for animals, reflecting his compassionate nature. Known for being hardworking yet stubborn at times, Danny cherished the moments he spent with his family, especially his children, whom he adored deeply.
He is survived by his loving son, Jamie (Tiffany) Sherrill; his dear grandson, Ryan Sherrill; and his caring brother, Tim Sherrill. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Wilker Sherrill and Wanda J. Anderson; his son, Dustin Sherrill; his sister, Deborah Estep; and his brother, Bobby Sherrill.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery, 27 S. Fairfield Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio, at 2:00 PM.
Danny's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of love and dedication to his family will continue to resonate in their hearts.
