Daisy Beatrice Crawford

Daisy Beatrice Crawford, age 91 of Dayton, went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 11, 2017. Daisy was born in Clarksville, TN to the late Ora and Spencer Smith on November 30,1925. Daisy married Frank Crawford in 1972 in Dayton, Ohio. Daisy, or as she was affectionately known as; Ms. Bea, dedicated her life to the service of others. She worked for many years as a day worker for a local family.

Ms. Bea was an amazing cook and enjoyed sharing her skills with her family. Daisy took great pride in her family and loved spending time with them. She was a longtime member of St. Luke's Missionary Baptist Church. Daisy was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

In addition to Daisy's parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Crawford and her siblings.

Daisy leaves to cherish her memory, a host of loving family and friends, including her great-great-niece and care-giver, Lisa Williams; brother, James Smith (Clarksville, TN).

A Celebration of Daisy's life will take place on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2pm. Visitation to be held for one hour prior to the service (1pm-2pm). Burial to follow at Beaver Cemetery immediately following services.
