Constance Lynn Dooley, "Connie," a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton on September 22, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on October 13, 1963, in Dayton, Ohio, Constance lived a life rich in love and kindness, making an indelible impact on all who were fortunate enough to know her.
For 25 years, Connie was a successful realtor with ReMax Alliance, a career that highlighted her strong work ethic and dedication to serving others. Colleagues and clients alike admired her for her integrity and commitment, qualities that mirrored her loving and caring nature at home.
Connie was truly the glue of her family. She was a wonderful wife to her beloved husband of 41 years, David Dooley. Together, they created a warm and nurturing environment that embraced their children, Ryan (Mindy) Dooley and Nicole Dooley-Adam (Joe Adam), who have carried forward her legacy of love and support. Constance’s light shone brightest in the eyes of her grandson, Finn Dooley, who was a source of immense joy to her.
She is also survived by her brother, Scott Sheer, and her in-laws, Gordon and Emma Dooley. She shared a special bond with numerous cousins and friends, all of whom were touched by her generosity and gracious spirit.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Connie was known for her unwavering faith and her love for the Lord, knowing she was called Home with a sense of peace. She delighted in visiting Indian Lake, relishing moments spent with family and friends in the great outdoors. A great cook, she expressed her love through food and often entertained those dear to her, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and joy.
Though she is preceded in death by her parents, James and Louise Sheer, Connie’s loving spirit will continue to inspire and uplift those who knew her. Her legacy of compassion and selflessness, as well as her passion for bringing people together, will be remembered fondly by her family and friends.
In celebrating Connie's life, we are reminded of the profound impact one person can make through love, faith, and caring for others. She will be deeply missed, yet her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
