Colleen Lynn Horstman

Colleen Lynn Horstman, age 49 of Huber Heights, passed away May 19, 2019. She was born July 18, 1969 in Weisbaden, Germany.
Colleen is survived by her sons: Zachary (Susanna) Horstman and Jake Horstman; grandson, Alden Horstman; mother, Sandy Dugan; father, Robert Dugan; brother, Michael (Melinda) Dugan; nephews: Connor and Rylan Dugan; other relatives and friends.
Colleen graduated from Sinclair College with her Associate's Degree in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Grandview Medical Center, Good Samaritan Hospital and Upper Valley Medical Center. Prior to her nursing career, Colleen worked as a Paramedic with Trotwood Rescue, American Ambulance and MedTrans.
A gathering of family and friends will take place from 12-1 pm on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where a memorial service will begin at 1:00 pm. Family and friends will gather immediately following the service at Calvary Cemetery to lay her to rest in the St. Kateri section.
