Clara Little, age 88, of Beavercreek, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 25, 2016 at Soin Medical Center. She was born February 14, 1927 in Penney, KY.
She was of strong faith and a member of the House of Prayer Church where she was baptized in 1974. Clara loved attending church and spending time with her family. She was a mentor to all and will be greatly missed.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Emsy Little; parents, Osper and Louise Newsome; and two brothers.
She is survived by her 6 children, daughters, Shelby (Bob) Schoonover, Linda (Jim) Grewe-Hopson, Mary Lou (Bob) Berk and Lisa (Marty) Barringer; sons, Victor (Robin) Little and Emsy (Kim) Little Jr.; five brothers, two sisters, 10 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one on the way. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Satuday, January 30, 2016 at House Of Prayer Church, 1220 Wallaby Dr., Beavercreek, OH 45430. Entombment will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
