Clara Davis

DAVIS, Clara Christine age 82 passed away Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Charles Davis and son, Glenn Lee Davis.

She is survived by sons, Stephen of Dallas, TX and Lynn (Brenda) of Miamisburg, OH; daughter, Minta (Terry) Hopson of Germantown, OH; grandchildren, Heather (Rick) Baarlaer, Eric (Patty) Davis, Darlene (Vince) Kirkpatrick, and Tess (Tommy) Thompson; great-grandsons, Brandon, Devon, and Robert; and numerous other family members and friends.

She devoted her life to God and her family and friends. She was the world's greatest grandma. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 22, 2010 from 12:30 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Interment at Hillgrove Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
