Christopher Jacob Worcester, age 21 a life-long resident of Dayton, OH lost his lengthy battle with Ewing's Sarcoma on June 26, 2016.
Christopher has been an inspiration to others during his battle with cancer. He has fought so bravely for so long with the grace and dignity of someone twice his age and now it is time for him to rest. Through all of the ups and downs of battling this disease, he always managed to keep a positive attitude and a smile on his face. Christopher will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.
He is survived by his father Jason (Michelle) Worcester, his mother Jennifer (Scott) Vance, his wife Sara Murphy, and his two brothers, Nicholas Worcester and Aaron Vance, and a host of many other close family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Christopher's name to the Special Wish Foundation, Hospice of Dayton, or the American Cancer Society.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH). A memorial celebration will follow at 11:00 a.m. Please join our family as we celebrate Christopher's life and indomitable spirit. Christopher has requested that those in attendance not wear black, and that all male attendees wear bowties.
