Cheryl Ann Yoder

Cheryl Ann “Gigi” Yoder, age 74 of Huber Heights, Ohio passed away July 5, 2025. She was born February 27, 1951 in Malone, New York.

Cheryl attended Franklin Academy in Malone, New York and graduated in 1969. She traveled all over the world working in the service industry, retiring from the Wright Patterson Air Force Base Commissary as part of their deli management team.

A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family, hosting holiday gatherings, traveling, gardening, and shopping. Cheryl’s favorite pastime was feeding her birds and watching the variety of wildlife that gathered outside her home. She was a genuinely sweet soul that was always there for her family when they needed her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Katherine Clark and Gerald Thomas

Cheryl is survived by her children: Angela Wilde, Timothy Yoder (Amanda), Michael Yoder (Alana), grandchildren: Jessica Alexander (John), Melanie Dae (Luca), Kailey Wilde, Logan Wilde, Ian Yoder, Noah Yoder, great grandchildren: Cooper Alexander, Claire Alexander, Violet Wilde, siblings: Cindy Cogan, Beverly Quenville, Karen Drabczyk, nieces: Christie Quenville, Kelly Cogan, nephews: Jay Quenville, Scott Cogan; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Family will greet friends from 10:00-11:00 AM, on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, North Chapel in Huber Heights, Ohio.

A memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2025, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, OH 45424 with CPD Chaplain / Pastor John Decker officiating.
