Womack, Charles Ray, age 47, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Tracy; son, Nicholas; daughter, Nicole; mother and father, Bob and Elsie; siblings, Debbie, Bob, Nanette, and Terry. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio with a memorial service immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
