Charles Raymond Peck III

August 21, 1941 — May 12, 2024

Charles Raymond "Chuck" Peck III, age 82, of Beavercreek, passed peacefully and went immediately to be with Jesus Christ, our Lord and savior and to be with his beloved wife, Katherine on Mother's Day (Sunday, May 12, 2024). Chuck courageously fought his battle with lung cancer with the daily love, support and care of his daughter, Denise (Mike Delmonico) Trojan and son, Charles Peck IV.

Charles was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 21, 1941 to the late Charles (Betty) Peck and Ruth (Robert) Hart.

Charles is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years, Katherine (Deanne) Peck; parents; and in-laws, Katherine and Dean Behnke.

He is survived by two sons, Charles R. Peck, IV and Daniel S. Peck; two daughters, Denise L. Trojan and Kristin A. Peck; brother, Randall "Randy" (Diane) Peck; sister, Deborah (David) Lee; brothers and sisters-in-law of the Behnke family, John (Linda), Dean and Dennis, JoAnne Elliston and Jannine (David) Lindow; five grandchildren, Danielle (Jeffrey) Foss, Kailee (Justin Strom) Trojan, John Peck, Jasmine Peck and Katherine Peck; two great-grandchildren, Brinley and Mayah Foss; his entire family at Victory Church; good friends, Gary and Racquel Tucker; as well as other numerous family members and friends. Charles prayed to survive his illness for the birth of his third great-granddaughter, Evlynn Strom, but will now see her from Heaven.

Charles was a proud Naval Submarines Veteran, serving as a First-Class Electronics Technician, assigned to the Navigation Center as a Ships Inertial Navigation System Technician (SINS). After his many years served in the Navy, Charles earned his bachelors degree in Electronics Technician in Milwaukee, WI. For the remaining years afterwards, Charles worked for many large companies as a quality control engineer and retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base in 2022.

He was a devoted member of Victory Church in Fairborn and cherished the many years he served on the churches' men's council, Charles enjoyed attending church functions and especially loved praising Jesus Christ with his friend and Pastor Derek, sister Holly, as well as his entire family at Victory Church.

He enjoyed watching all sports, working out, deer hunting, fishing as well as spending time with friends and family. Most of all, what brought Charles his greatest joy was sharing God's word in the hopes to save as many souls as possible for Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Charles and his beloved wife, Katherine were strong advocates for the Pro-Life Movement. They fervently prayed for the overturning of Roe v. Wade, which by the grace of God was overturned during Charles' lifetime.

Charles' loving spirit, kind heart, and beautiful smile will be forever missed and cherished.
