Charles Parsley

Charles Ersel Parsley, age 80 of Beavercreek, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016. He was born December 26, 1935 in Kermit, West Virginia the son of Herbert and Flora Parsley. Charles enjoyed going to church and bible study at Central Avenue Church of Christ in Fairborn, and spending time with his grandchildren. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Marcella Parsley, and his parents. Charles is survived by his daughter Susan Tomlinson and husband Kraig of Beavercreek, daughter Lisa Jackson of Beavercreek, and grandchildren Katie Jackson, Casey Jackson, and Connor Tomlinson. Charles is also survived by two sisters and seven brothers: Deloris Marcum, Annagail Vance, Dallas Parsley, Raymond Parsley, Clyde Parsley, Herbert Parsley Jr., Alvie Parsley, Jimmy Parsley and Jack Parsley. Charles was a good man that touched the hearts of everyone he met. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Minister Scott Spencer, officiating.
