Charles T Hazelett

January 13, 1942 — September 6, 2018

Charles T Hazelett, age 76 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Sanctuary at Wilmington Place. He was born January 13, 1942 in Huntington, West Virginia the son of Oscar and Aline Hazelett.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ed Hazelett and sister, Frances Holly.

Chuck retired from the U.S. Air Force and Consolidate Freight. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing.

Charles is survived by his wife, Carol; son, Don (Jackie) Hazelett; brothers, Lee (Mic) Hazelett and Dale Hazelett; grandchildren, MaeAnna Hazelett and Dan Hazelett. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at September 19, 2018 at 12:30 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Family will receive friends 11:30 am until time of service. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks you to honor Chuck by making a donation to Cancer Research or Crossroads Hospice 8069 Washington Village Dr. Dayton, OH 45458.
