Charles T. Goff

Charles "Charlie" T. Goff, age 80 of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully on November 7, 2020. He was born on January 22, 1940 in Los Angeles, California son of the late Charles Goff and Martha Scott .

Charlie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Charlie had a passion for gardening. He was a family man who took pride in doing anything and everything he could for them. Charlie was the life of the party and full of laughter. Friends knew him as "Good Time Charlie". He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Goff and Martha Scott; and brother, Ronald Goff.

Charles is survived by his wife of 55 years, Shirley Goff; children, Julie Motzel, Sandy (Ken) Clemons, Jeff (Mary) Tompkins, Charles A. Goff, and Sherry (Kelly) Derrick; grandchildren, Gary (Shelly) Dudley, Sean (Dulce) Dudley, James (Kelly) Tompkins, Ashley Tompkins, Alexis Tompkins, Charles Lewis, Marissa Derrick, and Schoen Derrick; many great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; brother, Harold (Kathy) Goff; and sister, Shirley (Bill) Johnson.

Newcomer Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Memorial Contributions can be made in Charlie's name to The Shriner's Hospital of Cincinnati.
