Charles "Chuck" Collins, age 30, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at his residence. He was born September 29, 1985 in Warren, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Charles Russell Collins; Grandfather, James Chapman; Grandfather, Herbert Cooper; Grandparents, Wetzel and Eleanor Isaac and Uncle, Kenneth Britton.
Charles is survived by his loving mother, Rise (Scott Belton) Isaac; Brother, Ralph Kenneth Isaac; Grandmother, Anna Chapman; Two Aunts, Selma (John) Cochran and Judy Chapman and Uncle, Ronnie (Linda) Cooper. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be Friday, March 11, 2016 from 11:00 am until the funeral service at 1:00 pm at Faith Christian Fellowship, 1778 Grange Hall Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
