SHROUT, Charlene, age 52, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009. She is survived by her son, Mike Hale; daughter-in-law, Jan Hale; companion, Ed Sweney, and brother, Eddie Gilley. Charlene was a great mom and a person that would sacrifice anything to help someone. She cared greatly for animals in need, and left an unforgettable impression on everyone she came into contact with. She is loved and will be missed. Donations can be made in her name to "Circle of Love Animal Shelter" P.O. Box 24704, Huber Heights, OH 45424.
