Cathy is survived by her daughter, Paula (Granville) Turner, and her son, John (Jamie) Rowe, who carry forward her legacy of kindness and commitment. Her grandchildren, Jesse (Holly) Newport, Peyton (Emily) Newport, Joselyn Rowe, Julian Rowe, and her bonus grandchildren including Josh (Sara) Turner, Rebecca Reams, Elizabeth Huennerkopf, Kayla Huennerkopf, Wyatt Turner, and Cassidy Reams, reflect the rich and interconnected family she nurtured. Cathy’s great-grandchildren, Braxton, Colt, Graham, and Leo Newport, will remember her as a source of love and strength for generations to come.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gerald Rowe, and her parents, Evelyn and Herman Kemmer, who laid the foundation of love and values that shaped her life.
