Carol Sue "Suzie" Adams, age 79 of Vandalia, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on July 7, 2026. She was born November 23, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio. The daughter of the late Addie and Audrey (Nation) Broadstock.

Suzie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She went from a barmaid to finding the love of her life and was then a stay at home mom for their kids. Her husband spoiled her with love and gave her a great life. She had a passion for baking and traveling. In her travels she visited Hawaii, Graceland, and even went to see Kennedy's Plane. Her pride and joy were her grandkids and great-grandkids. She enjoyed listening to her sisters music, watching her Soaps, and Game Shows. Suzie is going to be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

In addition to her parents, Suzie was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Adams; daughter, Leslie Brennaman; siblings, Joseph "Butcher" Haught, Gerri (Tony) Presley, Robert "Bob" (Christine) Broadstock, and Bernie Broadstock.

She is survived by her children, Steve (Jamie) Adams Jr., Frank (Elana) Brennaman, and Amy (Tony) DeLaet; grandchildren, John Brennaman, Christopher McKinley, Audrey (Evan) Case, Cody (Brooke) Bolden, Shania Bolden, Joshua Adams, Cherokee Bolden, Luke Adams, and Blaine Adams; great grandchildren, Atticus, Adeline, Brantlee, Ezzie, Danilyn, Blaiseleigh and Novalyn; Sheri Haught, Jerry Skinner; nieces and nephews, Dawnella Stephen, Nathanial (Anna) Makiewiez, Danci (Matthew) Cleveland, Jennifer Haught, Joseph "Lil Bo" Haught, Jon Faulkner, Heather Faulkner, Montgomery "Monty" Dagley, Benjerman Dagley; life-long friends, Karen Tyson, Donna Springer, and Karen Bach; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

There will be a private memorial held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Suzie's honor to Hospice of Dayton.
