Carol Morris

MORRIS, Reba Carol, age 88, of Hillsboro, OH passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025. She was born in Dehue, WV. Carol is survived by 2 daughters, Darlene (Cliff) Collins of Jamestown, OH and Lori Ann Morris of Hillsboro, OH; 1 son, Charles "Chuck" Morris of Latham, OH ; 5 grandchildren, Cliff Collins, Hannah Collins, Sarah Seal, Charlie Morris, and Eli Morris; 5 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Roger (Cheri) Lycans of Kettering, OH; and many other dear relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles D. Morris; her parents, Ersie & Jasper Lycans; 2 sisters, Karen Rhea and Eileen Sutton and 3 brothers, Jerry Lycans, Larry Lycans and Jay Lycans. Carol was a Master Gardener and loved spending time with her flowers which resulted in a beautiful yard. She was also a Ceramic Artist and created lovely pieces of art. Carol was a Founding Member of The Rocky Fork Lake Community Alliance, a Volunteer at the Food For All Mobile Pantry at Rocky Fork Lake, and a proud member of the Red Hat Society Precious Pearl Chapter. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a Memorial Service to follow at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).
