Carol Ann Calico, age 77 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born November 25, 1942 in Troy, Ohio to the late Chet and Pansy Fisher.
Carol was a selfless person, always taking care of others before herself. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She was a 1960 graduate of Bethel High School where she was proud to be a cheerleader. Carol was very crafty and her different careers reflected that.
She came from a large family, loved to entertain, and hosted the family Christmas parties for the past several years. She loved going on vacations and traveled to the Caribbean area.
She will always be remembered for her catch-phrase "That's my luck!"
Carol will be missed by her loving husband of 56 years, Wayne; son, Chad (Iris) Calico; grandson, Jordan Calico; sister, Vickie Fowler (Mike Patterson); uncle, Philip Hughes and many cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton.
