Carl Speck Sr.

Carl David Speck Sr. (Dave Speck), 72, of Johnstown, Ohio, died peacefully on July 30, 2016, at the Victory Ridge Hospice in Dayton, Ohio.
He was born on April 19, 1944, a son of the late Charles and Emma Pearl Speck.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Ray Speck, Calvin Speck, and Paul Speck; and two sisters, Opal Kinnaman and Lucille Conrad.
Surviving are his son, Carl (Rayme) Speck, Jr.; two grandchildren, Gianna and Rocco; one sister, Kathy Smith; two brothers, Herman Speck and Ralph Speck; his long time companion, Judy Davis; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Carl was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW. No visitation was held. He will be laid to rest in the National Cemetery in Grafton, WV.
