Fenner, Brian Scott, age 41, of Dayton, passed away on October 3, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, October 10, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Interment will follow the service at David's Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.
