Blanche "Pat" Patricia Kreitzer

Blanche “Pat” Patricia Kreitzer, born on August 3, 1946, in Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully in her hometown on July 29, 2026. Known fondly as Pat, she was a cherished daughter, beloved wife, devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a dear friend to many.

Pat’s life was deeply rooted in Dayton, where her story began and gracefully concluded. She was a private person whose heart and soul found their truest expression in the love she held for her family. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest source of pride, and she delighted in the joy and company they brought into her life.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Tammy Kreitzer, and her former son-in-law, Scott Lanter. Pat is also survived by her son, Robert C. Kreitzer Jr., and her adoring grandchildren: Michael (Kelsey) Lanter, Christy Lanter, Breanna Kreitzer, Dalton Kreitzer, and Dakota (Brianne) Estepp. Her presence remains in the lives of her great-grandchildren: Macie, Madyson, Natalie, Emily, Devin, Maverick, and Ryleigh, who were lights of joy in her later years.

Pat also leaves behind a caring extended family, including siblings-in-law, Jerry (Rachel) Kreitzer,  Linda (Sam) Carmen, Carol (late husband Denny) Phillips, and Pamela(Derek) Blaylock, who all held a special place in her heart. She is also survived by her brothers Bill (Bo) Clouser and Don (Marilyn) Clouser.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Blanche and Robert Clouser. 

Pat's family finds comfort in knowing that PAt is now reunited with the love of her life, high school sweetheart, Robert C Kreitzer, Sr who passed in 2021. 

Among Pat’s treasured pastimes were the simple joys of family and home. She loved spending time with her grandson, Dalton and cherished watching the television series Yellowstone and her favorite soap operas. Pat found happiness in playful moments with her dog, Max, enjoying a game of ball as much as she enjoyed cheering on the Cincinnati Reds. Her proudest accomplishment was the family she cultivated, and nothing brought her more satisfaction than seeing them flourish.

Though private by nature, Pat’s affection and devotion spoke volumes, echoing through each moment shared with loved ones. Her strength, warmth, and unwavering support left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

As we mourn her loss and celebrate the lasting impact of her life, may we find comfort in the countless memories she created and the love she so selflessly gave. Pat will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

The family will honor Pat's life privately.
