HERBERT, Billy E. age 67, of Xenia, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 4, 2009. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Dorothy Herbert; children, Mary Emrich, John Garcia, and Scott E. and wife Cheryl Herbert; sister, Sue Darlene Herbert; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 11 am Monday, March 9, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. The family will receive friends from 10 am until the time of service.
