Billy Noel Brickey

Billy Noel Brickey, age 78, of Xenia, Ohio went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday December 2, 2024. He was born on July 15, 1946 near Sandy Hook, Kentucky.

Bill is survived by his wife of 15 years, Mary, of Xenia, Ohio. One Sister: Ruby Walton (Dave) of Xenia, Ohio. One brother: Tim Brickey (Debbie) of Xenia, Ohio. Two sons: Randy Brickey (Donna) of Belle Fourche, South Dakota; and Rodney Brickey (Lisa) of Dayton, Ohio. One daughter: Jennifer Brickey of Xenia, Ohio. Two stepdaughters: Joetta Garberich (Mike) of Springfield, Ohio; and Holly Henderson (Rick) of Xenia, Ohio. Fifteen grandchildren: Greg Brickey (Sharayah), Larisa Brickey-Harris (Tyler), Lauren Brickey-Greer, Austin Skeeters, Brooklyn Brickey, Bentley Brickey, Aaron Hall Jr., Lauryn Nichols (Deric), Mikayla Garberich-Johnson (Brett), Alyssa Garberich (Zach), Mikynna Garberich, Sterling Henderson, Shelbie Azbill, Hailey Petkewitz, Joseph Petkewitz. Thirteen great grandchildren: Emma, Anika, John, Connor, Avya, Tate, Saylor, Linkon, Mabel, Marci, Roman, Amani, Journi and by many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents William Brickey and Lenora Brickey Wilson Garman; his brother Lowell Brickey; and his first wife of 43 years, Flora Brickey.

Bill enjoyed spending time with his family and loved his many animals. He enjoyed working in his garden and garage, spending time outdoors, loving on his grandchildren, and going to church. He retired from General Motors Truck and Bus plant as a millwright welder.

Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd) on Friday December 6, 2024 at 9:30 am with funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. Billy will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery in Xenia, Ohio.

Bill was loved by all, and he will be deeply missed.
