Bill Smallwood

Bill Smallwood, age 62, of Riverside, Ohio, passed away August 24, 2025 at Hospice of Dayton. Born November 8, 1962 to the late Elmer and Jacklun Smallwood. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Norman Smallwood, his brother-in-law, Ronnie Stiles and many friends waiting to welcome him.

Bill was a one of a kind, he was a simple man who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He never missed a NASCAR race enjoyed cheering on his favorite drivers, he loved watching old western shows. Bill enjoyed life the way he wanted.

He is loved and missed by many. Bill is survived by his long loving partner Paula Bare, his cherished sister Lena Stiles, his youngest brother Everett (Tammy) Smallwood, his two stepdaughter’s Sara (Ryan) Moore, Amanda (Chris)Stevens, his five grandchildren and four great grandchildren, three nieces, two nephews and many great nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Bill will always be remembered and loved.
