Betty (Cook) Blair, 91, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 in Kettering, Ohio. Betty was born on June 23, 1926 in Logan, West Virginia to Orvice and Lillie Wintz.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband Jack L. Cook Sr.,
She is survived by Daughter, Rebecca (Pete) Blankenship, Son, Jack L.(Linda) Cook , Jr., Granddaughter, Kim Stucker, Grandsons, Mark Blankenship, Jacob Cook, Justin Cook, Josh Cook, Great-Granddaughters, Brooke Stucker, Malisa Blankenship, Great-Grandsons, Alex Blankenship, Jace Cook, Sister, Charolette Padgett, also many loving family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Dayton South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. A funeral service will follow at 11:00am. She will be laid to rest at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Betty's honor.
