Bernice A. Elliott, age 84 of Tipp City, passed away December 28, 2013. She was born July 31, 1929 in Harlan County, Kentucky to the late Garrett and Sieretta Howard. In addition to her parents, Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Elliott; children: Rettajean Elliott, Leila Elicker, Frank Elliott and Arnold Elliott; 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
Bernice is survived by her children: Danny (Gina) Elliott, Phoebe (Doug) Hedges, Frieda (Mike) Rohr and Paul (Cindy) Elliott; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; brother, Jack and sister, Norma Lee.
Bernice was a former member of the East Dayton Democratic Club.
