Bernadine Ann Harris, age 91, of Fairborn, passed away on September 24, 2024, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on May 19, 1933, the daughter of the late Vernon and Margaret Gray. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Lee E. Harris; grandson, Jonathan Hoskins; grandson-in-law, Keith Kenrick; and numerous siblings.

Bernadine is survived by her daughters, Karen Cansler and Sharon (Silas) Hoskins; grandchildren, Melissa (Chad) Edwards, Tracy Kenrick, Keith Barker and Tonya Hoskins; great grandchildren, Jeremy, Kristen, Brooke, Brian, Nancy, Bailey, Jack and Abby; great great grandchildren, Micca, Aleah and Jera; sister-in-law, Faye Gray; brother-in-law, Tony Burdin; and many other loving nieces, nephews, family and friends. 

She was raised in Shawn Acres Orphanage in Dayton. In her free time, she enjoyed playing BINGO and cards. Bernadine had a wonderful, outgoing personality and never met a stranger. She adored her family and was very devoted to them, especially to her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 11:00am, at Byron Cemetery, 3256 Trebein Road, Fairborn, with Silas Hoskins officiating.
