Benzetta Bradford

Benzetta Bradford, age 83, of Dayton, passed away peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on March 14, 2019.

She accomplished so much in her lifetime, having graduated from High School and attending college. Benzetta was the proud mother to three beautiful children, whom she adored. She was a dedicated employee, having worked for 20+ years at Rikes/Macy's Department store. She also worked at the YMCA/YWCA of Dayton, OH and Sinclair Community College, before retiring. She loved gardening and growing flowers; was an avid reader and writer. She also enjoyed music and playing basketball with her cousins. Benzetta was a wonderful seamstress who taught many this wonderful craft. enjoyed music. She enjoyed bringing joy to people through conversation. She was a member of Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will begin at 12 noon on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church, with Funeral Services at 1 pm. Interment will be at West Memory Gardens and the Repast will immediately follow, at Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
