Benita (Neet) Jean Howard-Lewis, age 58, passed at her residence in Trotwood, Ohio on Saturday January 4, 2014. Born on September 12, 1955 in Charleston, W. VA, to the late James C. Howard, Jr & Phyllis Howard-Prater.
