Belinda L. Rickels, age 55 of Dayton, passed away January 7, 2013. She was born December 3, 1957 in Dayton to the late Paul Rickels and Mary Rickels, who survives. In addition to her father, Belinda was preceded in death by her sister, Wilma.
Belinda is survived by her mother, Mary; sister, Rhonda Philpot; brother, Timothy D. Rickels; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
