Belinda M. Frazier

FRAZIER, Belinda M. (nee Utz), age 46, of Kettering, passed away April 15, 2010. She was born September 25, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio. Belinda was currently attending Sinclair Community College. She is survived by her children, Zachary Frazier and LCPL Zeke Frazier (USMC); mother, Jeanne (Andrew) Schmitt; father, Alfred J. (Sally) Utz; brother, Matt (Sandy) Utz; and numerous other relatives and friends She was preceded in death by her sister, Melinda Utz.
