Dayton

Barbara Jean Wieland, age 88 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born March 22, 1937 in Saint Charles, Virginia, the daughter of the late Paul and Grace (Mullins) Eagle.

Barbara worked in real estate and property management for many years. She also owned and operated El Grande Restaurant. She enjoyed working and retired when she was 82. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Michael Richard Wieland and Terry Wieland; and siblings, Hansel Eagle, Jewell Shuler, and Fairl Zurbuchen.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
