Barbara Lee Wright

Barbara L. Wright, age 90 of Huber Heights, Ohio, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 18, 2024. She was born November 14, 1934, in Indianapolis, Indiana, daughter of the late John and Nettie Bartlett.

Barbara was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. A graduate of Indiana University, she enjoyed growing roses, gardening, and bird watching. She was a long time racing fan and on Sunday afternoons, she could be found watching NASCAR and Indycar Racing. Barbara was a lifelong collector of candles and candlesticks, and enjoyed reading mystery novels. She will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, William T. Wright, and son Ronald S. Wright.

She is survived by her sons Russell S. (Leah Pearl) Wright, Randall S. Wright, and Robert S. (Carolyn) Wright; grandchildren Maxwell Cook, Raymond Cook, Hannah Wright, and Uriah Wright.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
