Barbara Ann Clarke, "Bobbie," age 65 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born May 23, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of the late Beacher and Marie Ball.
Bobbie is survived by her husband, Henry; children, Anna Michelle Allen, Melissa Lyn Allen (Dale Kanak), Sherry (Travis) Donohue, Rhonda (Mark) Adkins, Randy (Ashley) Hunt; step-children, Jimmy Clarke, Joey Clarke, Deborah Heath; sister, Patricia (Tim) Grefer; brothers, Troy (Susie) Ball, Roy (Cindy) Ball, David (Michelle) Ball, Wymer Ball; grandchildren, Ashley, Christina, Tyler, Tori, Taylor, Micheal, Katlyn, Andrew, Katie, Sarah, Jalynn, Lilly, Morgan, J.J., Tara, Kylie, Tyler, D.J., Emily, Logan; great grandchildren, Xavier, Damien, Abel, Carter, Conner, Aiden, Hunter, Connor, Avery and 2 great grandchildren on the way; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
Bobbie was retired bartender at the American Legion Post 746 and AmVets Post 24. She was also President of the Ladies of the Auxillary at the American Legion and served on the Color Guard at the AmVets Post. She was also an active member of the Golden Girls Group.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will follow at American Legion Post 746 (7015 N. Dixie Drive in Dayton).
