Arthur "Tommy" Phelps, age 30, of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
Tommy is survived by his mother, Jenny Phelps; grandmother, Ruth Martin; girlfriend, Opal Pierce; grandfather, Lloyd "Gus" Bareswilt; and many other relatives and friends-including special friends, Josh and Ashley White, Greg and Susan Terrell, Heather and Dave Terrell.
The family will receive friends Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 2-4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 4pm.
