Arma Jean Adkins

Arma Jean Adkins, age 82 of Huber Heights, passed away August 27, 2017. She was born November 28, 1934 in Hazard, KY to the late Marion Neace and Adna (Lovins) Neace. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, William Adkins; and brothers: Marvin Neace and Melvin Neace, of KY.

Jean is survived by her daughter, Vickie Whitt; grandson, Willie McCartney of OH; 4 sisters: Myrtle Miller of KY, Ada Neace of OH, Patricia Ann Guerra of KY and Helen Faye Kennedy of KY; brother, Calvin Green Neace of KY; and special friends: Patricia Brown, Deloris Gearhart, Geneva Cate & Bill and Pam Hall.

Jean will truly be missed by her family and loved ones.

Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Friday, September 1, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made in Jean's memory to The Hospice of Dayton, and the family wishes to thank them for their loving care.
